Payment & Refund

Payments for Alethwarhe Studio services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on alethwarhe.lat.

• Saved replies for payment bookings reference this site so history stays on the right ticket at Alethwarhe Studio.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from visit@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Croatia norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
• Charge disputes should first contact visit@this site so we can reconcile invoices against studio logs.
• Prices shown in conversation are in local currency for Rijeka unless otherwise stated.

Returning visitors can skip the full shoe intake when notes are on file and are answered in plain English during Mon–Fri 09:30–18:00. Country context: Croatia Desk near Korzo 56.

Optional shoe upgrades are listed separately before you commit and we keep Croatia holiday closures noted on the door card. Plain English intake — no generator jargon on the ticket.
